It's a hands-on, active role, perfect if you like being on the move and working as part of a close-knit team. What You'll Do Assist Delivery Drivers with unloading and delivering products to retail locations Safely handle products using proper lifting and handling techniques Drive a cargo or transit van as needed for additional delivery support Provide support to the warehouse as needed Build positive, professional relationships with customers and teammates Complete required product knowledge and safety training Follow company policies, MLCC guidelines, and supplier agreements

What You'll Need Required:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License, Chauffeur's License Valid DOT Physical Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report Reliable, responsible, and a team-first attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Physical Requirements This is an active, physical role.

You should be comfortable with:

Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling products up to 100lbs Standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workday Schedule Note This role requires availability for select holidays throughout the year as part of our delivery operations.
