Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and packages to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver goods across designated routes Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate documentation for each shipment Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during route driving to guarantee safe transportation Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle throughout the shift Skills Some experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar role involving route driving and heavy lifting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Warehouse experience preferred for efficient loading/unloading operations Valid shouffeour's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or heavy vehicles is essential Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and familiarity with forklift operation or pallet jacks is a plus Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly and perform physical tasks safely Excellent navigation skills with route planning experience to optimize delivery efficiency Join us as a Delivery Box Truck Driver and become an integral part of our commitment to reliable service, safety, and customer satisfaction.
