Position Overview:
Morgan Composting, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Truck Driver to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values safety, and takes pride in delivering quality service.
Responsibilities:
Operate company trucks to transport compost, soil products, and related materials Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Ensure safe loading, hauling, and unloading of materials Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Requirements:
Valid Chauffeur's License (Class B required) Clean driving record Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Class A CDL (bonus, but not required) Previous experience in trucking, agriculture, or similar industries
Schedule:
Part-time hours (flexible based on workload and season)
Compensation:
