, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring Delivery Drivers in the Grand Marais area. This is a unique opportunity for local candidates— no daily commute to a terminal required . Packages are transported from Duluth, and your delivery vehicle is kept at your home . Compensation & Benefits $200 per day starting pay plus $1 per stop bonus after route threshold Weekly pay (every Friday) Paid training included Health Savings Account (HSA) option , 3% IRA match, Paid holidays, Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for growth and additional earnings Job Overview Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in the Grand Marais area Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (kept at your residence) Receive daily package transfers from Duluth Deliver approximately 50-150 packages per day Routes range 75-300 miles daily Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vans or box trucks Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently Follow GPS routing and all traffic/safety laws Maintain accurate delivery records Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates or issues Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance needs Requirements Must live in or near Grand Marais, MN At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical ( company paid ) Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (with dolly assistance) Strong time management and communication skills Reliable and able to work independently Positive, customer-focused attitude Schedule 5 days per week (Monday-Saturday) Off Sunday + one weekday Start time: 8:00 AM
