Route Driver Property Surveyor (Part Time)

Property Inspector Pay:

$19 - $22 per hour Candidates with prior delivery or route-driving experience are encouraged to apply. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

Part-time availability (20-29 hours per week) Experience in delivery driving, route work, or field services Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Motivated by productivity-based pay Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance Comfortable with speaking with homeowners and business owners Basic comfort with mobile apps and computers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work up to 20-29 hours per week (minimum 6 hours per work day) Territory will cover 1.5 hour radius of Rochester, MN Drive 300 to 600 business miles per week Complete an average of 18-24 exterior home inspections per day. Overnight travel required every four weeks for one night. Capture exterior property photos using our mobile app Maintain professionalism with homeowners and business owners Work primarily in the field with limited home-office time

SCHEDULE

Part-time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed to complete hours. Overnight travel required every four weeks for one night. Flexible schedule; make up hours as needed to stay on track.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license + insured personal vehicle (required for daily use) Windows-based personal computer with internet access Comfortable with extensive driving (urban & rural routes) Comfortable working in various weather conditions Professional appearance required Background check, MVR review, and drug screening conducted post-offer in accordance with applicable laws.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

401(k) Application Question(s): Are you at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license? Are you comfortable being paid on a production-based (piece-rate) compensation method, not hourly pay? Once trained, are you comfortable working alone, without in-person supervision? There are no sales involved but you will be required to approach homes, knock on the front door, and professionally explain why you are there to homeowners who may not be expecting you. Are you comfortable doing this? You will be required to work outdoors in all seasons, walking around homes and businesses, sometime over uneven ground. Are you physically able and willing to do this? Do you have access to a Windows-based computer and are you comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer software, i.e. browser, email, etc.? Are you available to work a minimum of 2 day for 6 hours each week? Do you have any concerns with extensive daily driving throughout the greater Rochester, MN area and surrounding communities using your personal vehicle?
