Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and reduce delivery times Assist with loading and unloading goods, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns with clear communication skills Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each trip, including pricing adjustments or special instructions Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure reliable operation Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record and knowledge of traffic laws Strong math skills for calculating pricing adjustments, measurements, or quantities during deliveries Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as organizing products on delivery vehicles or in client locations Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving or standing Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently within tight schedules Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our success!
