Black Hawk Transport Inc., a FedEx contractor, has proudly served the Columbia area for over a year. We've built a safety-focused team committed to reliable package delivery and creating a workplace where drivers feel supported, respected, and given opportunities to grow. Our terminal is located at 2210 Maguire Blvd, Columbia, MO 65202 . Pay & Benefits $20.00 per hour Paid Training Quarterly Bonus up to $750 Health, Dental & Vision Insurance IRA with 3% contribution Weekly Pay Company Vehicle & Uniform Provided Schedule Full-Time Available Tuesday-Saturday (5-day schedule) OR Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday (4x10 schedule)
Start Time:
8:30 AM until route completion Key Responsibilities Arrive at the FedEx terminal on time to load packages Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections Safely operate delivery vehicles on residential and business routes Scan, track, and deliver packages accurately Use GPS navigation efficiently Handle packages up to 150 lbs Complete approximately 110 stops per day Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license Clean Motor Vehicle Report Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer) Able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs Comfortable working in all weather conditions CDL not required Military veterans encouraged to apply Why Apply?
