Part-Time Driver - Dental Laboratory Position Overview We are seeking dependable, professional, and personable Part-Time Drivers to join our growing dental laboratory team. This is not a typical delivery position. Our drivers serve as key representatives of the company and are often the first point of contact for our clients. We are hiring multiple part-time team members with staggered schedules to provide coverage throughout the week. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work who enjoy staying active, working independently, and building professional relationships. The ideal candidate takes pride in their appearance, communicates well, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly the same. Key Responsibilities Safely transport dental cases, materials, and products between dental offices and the laboratory Serve as the face of the company by providing exceptional, courteous service to clients Maintain clear and professional communication with dental offices and internal team members Organize, track, and verify cases to ensure accuracy and timely delivery and pickup Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adapting to daily schedule changes Frequently enter and exit the vehicle and access buildings that may include stairs Handle time-sensitive deliveries with attention to detail and care Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules Comfortable with frequent physical activity, including walking, lifting, and climbing stairs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous customer service experience preferred Work Environment & Expectations Active role requiring frequent movement throughout the day Flexible schedules with varying routes and hours Company vehicles must be kept clean and presentable at all times Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted in company vehicles Ability to represent the company professionally at all client locations What Makes This Role Unique You are more than a driver—you are a trusted extension of our brand Opportunity to build relationships with dental professionals throughout the community Daily variety in routes, clients, and responsibilities Independent work environment with flexibility and autonomy Ideal for retirees, semi-retired professionals, or individuals seeking meaningful part-time work Schedule Part-time Monday-Thursday Hours vary based on route assignments and business needs Multiple positions available with staggered schedules
