Delivery Expert

Job Summary As a Delivery Expert, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly, safely, and with exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing deliveries efficiently, maintaining safety standards, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmissions to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of all items. Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Verify delivery accuracy by inspecting shipments and obtaining signatures or proof of delivery. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks before and after each shift. Document delivery activities accurately in logs and reports, including any incidents or delays encountered during routes. Experience Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of route planning, driving regulations, and safety procedures related to heavy lifting and moving goods. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures and inventory handling. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
