NOTE:
POSITION START DATE IS JULY
15th 2026. Compensation $145/day — Training rate (first 5 days on the road) $175.00
  • $200.00 per day — Standard rate (based on experience and number of stops) Salary is negotiable based on experience and number of stops Weekly pay Sign On Bonus
  • $1000 ( After 60 days) Referral Bonus
  • $200 ( After 45 days per referred hire)
Position Details Full-time:
5 days/week standard; 6 days during peak season Part-time openings also available Weekend availability required Typical start time: 9:00 AM DOT Physical exam — company paid Requirements Minimum 1 year of delivery driver experience Must be at least 21 years of age Clean driving record (DMV check required) Pass a pre-employment drug screen Pass a criminal background check Pass a DOT Physical exam Ability to repeatedly lift packages up to 150 lbs and use a dolly as needed Why Join Kincade Cox Logistics?
