Now Hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers Location:
Olive Branch, MS Hub•38505 NAIL
RD, OLIVE BRANCH MS
We are hiring responsible and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. As a driver, you represent our company on the road — professionalism, safety, and reliability are essential. If you have experience in food delivery, mail/parcel services, military driving, Amazon Prime, landscaping, or similar driving roles — we encourage you to apply. CDL NOT required. What You'll Do Deliver packages to residential and business customers in the Memphis area Follow assigned routes and time schedules Arrive at the station by 7:45 AM daily Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles Safely handle packages up to 150 lbs Use GPS/maps to efficiently locate suburban addresses Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Provide professional customer service and resolve delivery issues Qualifications 21 years or older Legal authorization to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED 2+ year of delivery driving experience preferred Verifiable driving experience: 1 year within the last 3 years OR 3 years within the last 10 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Able to pass Drug Test, DOT Physical (paid by employer), and Background Check Dependable transportation to/from terminal Experience with step vans, box trucks, or flatbed trucks preferred Previous Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL experience is a plus Schedule 5 days per week 1-2 weekend days required 8-hour day shift Local residential & business deliveries
Compensation & Benefits Drivers:
$15.00•21.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Lead Driver:
$19.00•26.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
BC:
$25•29 per hour (based on experience and performance) Paid training Flexible scheduling Referral bonus program Uniform provided Growth opportunities within a growing company
