DirectLink Logistics is looking for ONE experienced delivery professional ready to step into a leadership role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Train and mentor new drivers
  • Assist with daily dispatch and route operations
  • Help maintain service excellence and delivery accuracy
  • Coach drivers on technology, scanning, and delivery procedures
  • Provide route coverage when needed
  • Support warehouse and dock operations
  • Serve as the go-to problem solver for the operation
WHO THIS POSITION IS PERFECT FOR
  • Former Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS drivers
  • Military veterans with leadership experience
  • Experienced box truck drivers ready for more responsibility
  • Delivery professionals looking to move into management
  • Drivers who take pride in leading by example
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 1 year delivery experience
  • Experience operating Sprinter Vans, 16' and 26' Box Trucks
  • DOT Medical Card in the wallet
  • Clean MVR
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
