Job Description:

As a Non-Emergency Driver at Mobility Dash, LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation services to individuals who require non-emergency medical trips. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation of our clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and other non-emergency destinations.

Responsibilities:

Safe Transportation:

Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring the well-being of passengers during their journeys.

Punctuality:

Arrive at scheduled pickup locations on time and ensure clients reach their destinations promptly.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, showing empathy and courtesy to clients at all times.

Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatch and office staff to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any special requirements.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Documentation:

Accurately complete trip logs, mileage records, and other required paperwork.

Flexibility:

Adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. High school diploma or equivalent.
