Independent Courier Driver (Personal Vehicle Required)
Location:
Hickory, Newton & Conover, NC Compensation:
$1.60 per delivered package. Weekly pay. Drivers may earn approximately $500-$2,500+ per week depending on package volume, performance, and days worked. Job Overview G1 Trucking is seeking dependable and motivated Independent Courier Drivers to deliver small packages using their own vehicle. This position is similar to Amazon delivery services but utilizes personal vehicles rather than company vans. Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and commercial locations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation through photos and GPS verification. Responsibilities Arrive at the distribution facility each morning. Sort, scan, and organize assigned packages. Load packages into your personal vehicle. Follow assigned delivery routes and complete deliveries in a timely manner. Deliver packages to the correct address. Take clear delivery photos showing the package at the delivery location. Verify and photograph package labels and address information when required. Ensure GPS location is accurate at the time of delivery. Follow all customer delivery instructions. Maintain professionalism and provide excellent service. Requirements Valid Driver's License. Reliable vehicle with current insurance. Smartphone with data service and GPS capability. Ability to lift and carry packages. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be dependable, punctual, and organized. What Makes a Successful Driver?
