$900-$1,200+ / weekly pay Pay structure: daily rate + stop bonuses Location Grand Forks, ND Position Summary Big Inc Contracting, an independent service provider for FedEx, is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to complete residential and business routes safely and efficiently. Drivers operate delivery vehicles, manage daily loads, complete assigned delivery and pickup routes, and provide strong customer service. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, pass required screenings, and be able to handle the physical demands of the role. Previous driver or delivery experience preferred. Objectives:
Safely operate the delivery vehicle and follow all company and DOT guidelines. Complete assigned residential and business deliveries and pickups accurately and on time. Inspect, load, and organize the vehicle each day for an efficient route. Use scanning equipment to properly track and document all packages. Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication with management and team members.
Competencies:
21+ years old with a valid driver's license Clean driving and criminal record Pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic

Physical Requirements:
Lift packages up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with equipment) Get in and out of a delivery vehicle all day Walk, climb stairs, and navigate driveways regularly Push and pull loaded carts and hand trucks Bend, reach, twist, and move continuously throughout your shift Work outdoors in all weather conditions Commitment to Diversity We are an equal opportunity employer.
