Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime and on-call rotation as needed
Position Summary:
Responsible for the safe operation of a treater truck to deliver chemicals and support field operations at customer locations. This role includes transporting, loading, and unloading chemical products, ensuring accurate delivery, and maintaining required documentation. The driver will also assist with basic field duties such as checking chemical levels, supporting equipment operation, and ensuring proper handling of materials on-site. Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service is required at all times.
Essential Functions:
Safely operate a treater truck to deliver chemicals and materials to customer locations Load, transport, and unload chemical products in compliance with all DOT and hazmat regulations Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of hazardous materials Accurately complete delivery tickets, logs, and required daily reports Verify correct product type and quantity prior to delivery Perform basic field checks such as chemical levels, equipment condition, and site readiness Assist with minor troubleshooting or adjustments to chemical equipment as needed Maintain accurate inventory of products on truck and report discrepancies Provide professional customer service in the field and represent the company positively Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred (oilfield or industrial delivery experience a plus) Valid CDL with Hazmat (H) endorsement required Clean driving record Forklift certification preferred but not required Experience handling chemicals or working in oilfield operations preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills required, including ability to complete electronic logs, enter field data, and follow digital instructions.
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, respond promptly to requests, and maintain strong working relationships in the field.
Work Ethic:
Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated. Must follow instructions, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently perform high-quality work.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and work in outdoor environments. May be required to handle hoses, valves, and chemical containers safely.
Work Environment:
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Position requires frequent driving and exposure to oilfield and industrial environments. Proper PPE must be worn at all times, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, H2S monitor, and additional protective equipment as required for hazardous materials handling.
Additional Requirements:
Must maintain a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement and acceptable driving record Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws Follow all company policies, procedures, and handbook guidelines Must comply with Geo-Chemicals Drug and Alcohol policy and agree to random drug testing as a condition of employment This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
