Delivery Driver Siouxland Same Day Delivery Omaha, NE Job Details Part-time From $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Non-CDL Class C Driving LTC pharmacy Delivery driver experience Full Job Description The primary purpose of the Delivery Driver position is to deliver filled prescriptions to our nursing communities and individual group homes. The driver is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with Redler's Policies and Procedures as well as State and Federal laws. We value the drivers at Redler's LTC Pharmacy as you are the face of Redler's Pharmacy upon delivering packages. We take pride in the services we provide for our communities and expect a high level of professionalism at all times. You will report to work at 6pm and depending on the day, will clock out around 11:00pm. We are seeking for someone to fulfill these hours Monday-Friday. Please know we must get our medications delivered to our facilities on a daily basis, this may mean at times, you may occur bad weather while driving. This must be something you are comfortable with. We will never put our staff members health in any jeopardy, but are responsible to do everything in our power to get the medications delivered to our facilities in a timely manner. Reliability is another key factor we look for in our delivery drivers, we expect that you will show up for each shift at the appropriate time. Company vehicles are provided for the driver and are expected to be kept cleaned and maintained on a routine basis. Logs must be kept for miles, maintenance changes (oil changes, tires, etc.), and gas expenses. There is opportunity for growth within Redler's LTC. Starting as a driver is a great way to make your way into the pharmacy industry and start learning our processes and workflows to see if this could be a life long career for you! Please note that we work in a healthcare industry, and everyday is different, your routes will be the same, but depart times may be delayed if we are trying to squeeze something on the run for the care of our patients.
