Job Description
Chalifour's Flowers is looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to deliver floral arrangements to our customers. Chalifour's is a part of Family Flowers, America's largest family-owned florist with 48 locations in 11 states and still growing! Responsibilities Deliver our flowers to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Inform customers about new products and services Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Assist in shop care, clean up and general maintenance Organize, keep tidy and put away/inventory of our warehouse location Help with installation work, event delivery and set up on site at venues and at customer residences Be available for late night break down jobs, afterhours, for an additional rate Work within a busy and small retail shop Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid driver's license Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree Family Flowers provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
