Flower Shop Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver & Shop Assistant to join our flower shop team. This role involves delivering floral arrangements to customers and assisting with general shop tasks during slower periods. Responsibilities Deliver floral arrangements safely and on time to homes and businesses Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Assist with unloading and organizing flower shipments Help maintain a clean and organized shop Support staff with basic tasks such as prepping flowers, packaging, and inventory work Occasionally assist with holiday rushes (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation (company vehicle may/may not be provided) Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs Strong time management and punctuality Friendly attitude and good communication skills Availability on weekends and holidays is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery or retail experience Interest in flowers or floral design Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on flowers and gifts Friendly, team-oriented work environment Schedule 30-40 hours per week Weekday and weekend shifts available
