This position serves as an important link between the parts department and our customers, providing excellent service while assisting with inventory, order preparation, and overall department efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a professional image both on and off the road.

What You'll Do:

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Deliver parts to customers, repair facilities, and dealership locations in a safe and timely manner. Load, unload, and verify parts deliveries to ensure accuracy and prevent damage. Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation. Pick up returns, cores, and warranty parts Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory within the parts department. Pull and stage parts orders for delivery and customer pickup. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Support the parts department with general duties, inventory counts, and special projects as assigned. Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws while operating company vehicles. Travel between dealership locations as needed to transport parts, supplies, and inventory.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, vans, and other dealership vehicles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling parts orders and deliveries. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently throughout the day. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Friendly and courteous customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and dealership personnel. Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation, and basic computer systems. Ability to lift, carry, and move automotive parts and materials safely. Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and adapt to changing schedules. Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable for assigned responsibilities. Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus, but not required. Previous delivery, warehouse, or automotive experience is preferred. Ability to work in various weather conditions and maintain a safe driving record.
