We are looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist to join our team of dedicated, ambitious professionals. Puresan offers a supportive team and advancement opportunities. This is an in-person role based out of Wyckoff, NJ.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Service Delivery Specialist Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned clients withinlocal area Conduct biweekly store inspections and complete all required Jira tickets on time Inspect, repair, and replace dispensers to ensure proper operation and compliance Monitor inventory and par levels,identifydiscrepancies, and place supply orders Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and reordered as needed Provide training to store associates on proper equipment use and maintenance Install andmaintainsignage, labels, and compliance materials (QR codes, contact cards, stickers) Take required photos and document all work in Jira Perform manager check-ins during every visit and gather feedback Report and escalate issues, delays, or technical problems to thePuresanteam Handle new store setups and compliance installations, ensuring full adherence to standards Follow all professional attire and communication expectations
Service Delivery Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
ValidU.S.Driver's License Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet scheduled service deadlines Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspection and minor repairs Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience with inventory management and field service reporting systems (e.g., Jira preferred) Ability to work independently whilemaintainingaccountability •Puresan is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
