Delivery Driver

Ballantine Communications is a leading media organization with three prominent regional newspapers dedicated to delivering in-depth reporting, compelling narratives, and insightful analysis. Our mission is to inform, engage, and empower our readers through high-quality journalism and help grow businesses through our strategic marketing and advertising strategies. Ballantine Communications Inc. (BCI) is seeking full-time delivery driver for the Four Corners area.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely drive truck-trailer combinations over long distances, including navigating highways. Responsible for securely hooking, unhooking, and inspecting trailers before, during, and after trips. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both the truck and trailer to ensure roadworthiness
• Safely and efficiently distribute and collect publications
• Coin collections and delivery of routes as necessary
• Cleaning and maintaining newspaper and free publication racks as needed
• Maintain accurate records of free publications distribution

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle
• Must be reliable with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• Able to lift, carry or move up to 50 pounds Will train the right individual.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
