This role works closely with Sales Management, Logistics, and Customers to ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Duties Pull and prepare orders for delivery Cross-reference manifests/invoices to ensure order accuracy Package and seal delivery boxes and prepare documentation Safely transport orders to customers throughout the state Provide customers with delivery confirmations and estimated arrival times Review manifests with customers prior to collecting payment Maintain professional and positive customer relationships Use personal vehicle for deliveries (mileage reimbursement if applicable) Maintain accurate delivery logs and records Make miscellaneous runs as needed Assist with additional tasks as assigned Submit manifests and collected payments to accounting upon route completion Work extended hours and overnight trips when required Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license (no restrictions) Reliable personal vehicle for local deliveries Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments Flexible schedule that may change week-to-week Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Positive attitude and team-player mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Schedule Monday to Friday 8+hour shifts (flexible based on delivery schedule) Weekend work as needed Overnight shifts and extended hours when required
