A Shuttle Driver provides transportation for guests and employees throughout the Casa Blanca Campus.
Expectations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide courteous customer service and effectively handle customer problems/complaints. Conduct daily safety vehicle inspections and reports any unsafe findings to the supervisor. Build relationships and loyalty with guests through sincere and meaningful interactions (e.g., learn guests' names and preferences; connect with them individually and professionally; smile; make eye contact and verbally greet guests. Be a team player (e.g., work toward team goals and foster a collaborative and positive work environment; put the team first; assist coworkers; treat all coworkers with kindness, courtesy and respect; never engage in negativity; maintain openness to coaching, learning and improving; receptive to change and willingness to embrace challenges with team-spirit). Develop a thorough knowledge of services, room locations, amenities, surroundings (e.g., gift shop, restaurants, theater, etc.), providing accurate directions, and information for guest inquiries about promotions and special events. At all times maintain a courteous, positive and professional working relationship with all LDC personnel and the general public (e.g., coworkers, clients and vendors). Work under pressure; maintain regular and punctual attendance including working odd and unusual hours, weekends and holidays. Protect all vehicle safety equipment; provide a clean environment. Communicate activities and promotions at Dancing Eagle Casino as well as informing guests about casino venues, events, hours of operation and giving general directions. Provide information regarding Dancing Eagle Casino Players Club Program. Work odd or unusual hours, including weekends and holidays. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must have relevant work experience driving or in transportation. February 2018

Proficient operating a passenger van.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to drive, hear, sit, talk, turn/twist and repetitively use hands 51-100% of the time. Requires the ability to balance/climb, bend over, crouch/stoop, kneel, reach overhead, stand and walk 1-24% of the time. Requires the ability to push/pull, carry, lift and slide transfer 1-50+ lbs. 1-24% of the time.
Essential Mental Demands:
Requires the ability to read and write 51-100% of the time. Requires the ability to interpret data 25-50% of the time. Requires the ability to solve problems, organize, plan and make decisions 1-24% of the time.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Work Environment (inside/outside): The job is performed in a confined area with exposure to the outdoors and occasional exposure to hot/cold temperatures, loud noises and fumes (e.g., exhaust and cigarette smoke).
Other Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment alcohol/drug screen. Must provide and maintain a valid New Mexico drivers' license. Must pass background check. Varies
