Job Overview As a Delivery Driver for Las Vegas Floral Wholesale, you play an essential role in ensuring that our floral products reach customers safely, accurately, and on time. This position involves daily delivery of fresh flowers and supplies to our wholesale clients, along with assisting in the warehouse as needed to support order fulfillment and daily operations. You'll work closely with our operations and sales teams to maintain smooth delivery routes, uphold product quality, and represent the professionalism and reliability that our customers have come to expect. Primary Responsibilities Load, transport, and deliver floral orders to customers on scheduled routes. Handle all products with care to maintain freshness and presentation quality. Verify delivery accuracy before departure and obtain customer confirmation upon delivery. Maintain communication with the Operations Managers regarding delivery status, route updates, and any delivery-related issues. Follow company vehicle safety policies and all local traffic regulations. Warehouse Assistance Assist with pulling and staging customer orders for delivery. Support the processing team in unpacking, hydrating, and organizing flowers when needed. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, coolers, and work areas. May assist with bucket cleaning, restocking, and other general warehouse duties. Customer Interaction Represent Las Vegas Floral Wholesale professionally at all times. Communicate courteously with customers upon delivery — you are a key part of the client's experience. Notify the sales team immediately of any issues, such as missing products, damages, or order discrepancies. Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Comply with all company and safety protocols to ensure secure product transport.

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1-2 years of professional driving or delivery experience preferred.

License:

Valid Nevada driver's license.

Driving Record:

Clean driving record with no serious infractions in the last 5 years.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds and handle floral buckets and boxes for extended periods.

Skills:

Strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability in managing time-sensitive deliveries.

Pay:

base on experience. Additional Requirements Availability for early morning shifts and weekend work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining care and accuracy. Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company.
