Delivery Service Driver Position Summary:

This is a Full-Time driver position with Last Mile Logistics LLC, delivering packages to Amazon customers from our Henderson, Nevada delivery location. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and Scheduling:

Employees who work on average less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance) Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Key Duties and Re sponsibilities Successfully handle and deliver all packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles Follow all local, state and federal laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 pounds); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages into and out of a delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Always represent the Company in a professional manner Must be comfortable working with in-vehicle cameras Meet productivity and service standards Must possess excellent time management and communication skills Must be available to work all days of the week

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States of America Must pass a 4 Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have English Speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Physical Demands:

Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and drive a company- provided vehicle. Employee is required to reach and lift with both hands and both arms. Employee is required to crouch, stoop and bend with both legs. Good manual dexterity skills are required as well as good eye-hand coordination.

Work Environment:

Employee is driving a vehicle in urban, suburban and rural settings. Must be comfortable working alone and communicating with others through provided mobile device.
