Hourly About Us We are a premier manufacturer specializing in high-end custom furniture, draperies, and window coverings , serving an elite clientele that includes luxury residential clients, commercial businesses, interior designers, and world-class casinos and resorts . With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and bespoke design solutions , we are seeking an experienced Operations & Delivery Lead to ensure consistent on-time delivery and installations, building the confidence of our customers and partners Role Overview We are seeking an Operations & Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between our production floor and our luxury clients' doorsteps. You won't just be moving furniture; you will be the final face of our brand, managing the complex puzzle of installation schedules, site logistics, and onsite problem-solving. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on precision and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities 1. Installation Scheduling & Coordination Own the full calendar for product installations , ensuring seamless coordination between the production team, installers, clients, and project managers. Collect and verify site readiness information (delivery access, measurements, site conditions, etc.) to avoid surprises on installation day. Proactively communicate with clients, designers, and general contractors to confirm schedules and set clear expectations . Anticipate potential conflicts (delays in production, client schedule changes) and resolve them quickly. Ensure installers are equipped with the right tools, materials, and product details for each job. 2. Delivery Oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom items, ensure white-glove delivery standards, including site protection and debris removal, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Collaborate closely with design, sales, and operations teams to understand placement, expectations, and any issues that need resolution. Maintain a real-time production dashboard , tracking each delivery's status, including if any issues were experienced during install. Identify bottlenecks or risks and adjust schedules proactively to keep deliveries on track. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a well-organized, efficient workspace. Qualifications & Skills
  • Must-have qualifications: o Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (CDL is NOT required). o Ability to lift 75 lbs, as custom furniture is often heavy. o High-end client relations experience. o Proven experience creating and managing detailed production and installation schedules . o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • able to work effectively with internal teams, designers, clients, and vendors . o Hands-on problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset .
  • Preferred qualifications: o 3+ years' experience in delivery and installation coordination.
o Experience in furniture, upholstery, drapery, or related manufacturing environment. o Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. o Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite , and production management tools (or able to quickly learn new systems). o Prior experience leading a small-to-medium sized production team strongly preferred. Work Structure & Compensation Hybrid role with regular local travel in the Las Vegas metropolitan area, and occasional travel to other cities in the Southwest (typically overnight for projects in nearby cities like Reno, St. George, Palm Springs, or Scottsdale).
Compensation:
Hourly ($15
  • $22/hour) + potential for quarterly performance-based bonus.
Part-time:
This role is expected to be part-time, typically Monday
  • Friday, 8am to 1pm (25 hours / week)
