Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager Supervises:
None Purpose:
Operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork for the dealership between locations. Three days a week. Performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.
Requirements Responsibilities:
Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities; may also deliver to customers Assists the Parts Manager or Parts Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly May supply service technicians with parts as required Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Basic data entry/keyboarding skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. High School diploma or equivalent experience Fork lift license preferred Hold a valid drivers license LandPro Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
