Contract Delivery Driver

Job Overview Deliver the Journey Logistics LLC is seeking independent delivery contractors to provide delivery services throughout Western New York. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity and is not an offer of employment. Contractors operate as their own businesses and are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle, insurance, licenses, equipment, and business expenses. Contractors have the flexibility to accept or decline available delivery assignments and may provide services to other companies. LLC. DELIVERY DRIVERS CAN MAKE

$200-$300 PER DAY!!! Responsibilities Review and voluntarily accept available delivery opportunities on an as-needed basis. Delivery opportunities are available seven (7) days per week, and contractors retain the right to accept or decline any opportunity. Complete accepted delivery opportunities by picking up packages at the designated location no later than 6:00 AM and ensuring all deliveries are completed by 11:59 PM on the same day. Determine the manner, means, route selection, and sequence of deliveries necessary to complete accepted delivery opportunities while meeting customer service expectations and delivery deadlines. Utilize the required delivery application to scan packages, confirm deliveries, and communicate delivery status. Maintain an independently established business, including all required licenses, insurance, vehicles, equipment, and permits necessary to perform delivery services. Remain free to provide delivery services to other companies and customers while complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing your own independent business. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly while maintaining safety standards during heavy lifting or moving tasks Knowledge of warehouse procedures including load & unload processes and inventory handling Familiarity with driving regulations and safety protocols for commercial vehicles Ability to navigate using GPS or route planning tools efficiently

Pay:

$200.00 - $250.00 per day
