Job Summary Our Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM dealership in West Seneca is seeking an energetic and reliable Parts Delivery Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to our customers and internal departments efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm for excellent customer service and your driving expertise will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver parts to customers, vendors, and internal locations. Load, unload, and organize parts efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques. Follow designated routes to ensure timely delivery schedules are met. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their deliveries and answering any questions professionally. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management as needed. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Proven delivery driver experience, especially in courier or route driving roles. Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual lifting tasks safely. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and use of pallet jacks is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Familiarity with route planning, GPS navigation, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
