Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload merchandise, often involving heavy lifting, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing time and fuel usage Upsell additional products or services during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each trip and transaction Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and compliance Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes Organizational skills for route planning, time management, and record keeping Knowledge of merchandising principles to present products attractively during deliveries Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Familiarity with route driving software or GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Embark on a fulfilling career as a Delivery Driver where every day brings new opportunities to connect with customers, showcase your driving expertise, and contribute directly to our company's success!
