is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to help deliver Amazon packages . DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and organizing packages using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Support route driving by helping to navigate delivery routes efficiently and safely Load and unload packages from trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy items through manual lifting techniques Help maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for each route Provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered accurately and professionally Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery goals while adhering to safety protocols Support warehouse operations by moving inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean work environment Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 - 300 LBS (team lift) Compensation & Benefits Paid Training Paid Overtime and Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance and Benefits Delivery helper Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the U.S Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test Delivery Helper Duties and Responsibilities Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information. Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be deliveredRequirements Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving packages or equipment Familiarity with delivery driver roles, route driving, or courier services is advantageous Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail What You'll Need Must be at least 18 years old (helper role) with eligibility to work in the United States Must have a valid form of identification (Driver Helper role) Adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their driving skills, gain warehouse experience, and contribute to a reliable delivery operation.
