We deliver and set up tents, tables, chairs, and party equipment for everything from backyard parties to large-scale events. This is a hands-on, active job —not just driving. You'll be part of a team that helps create memorable events for our customers. Pay & Schedule $22-$25 per hour Overtime may be available during peak season Weekend and some evening availability may be required Seasonal role (peak May-October) with flexible start/end dates for students and summer availability What You'll Do Safely drive a box truck to customer locations Load and unload rental equipment at the warehouse Deliver, set up, and break down tents, tables & chairs, inflatables, and other party equipment Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time Interact with customers in a professional, friendly manner Work as part of a crew to complete deliveries efficiently Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate delivery times, setup requirements, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events Assist with warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks and occasional cleaning/maintenance of rental equipment What This Job Is Like Active, physical work (lifting, carrying, setting up equipment) using tools and equipment provided Fast-paced days A mix of driving and hands-on setup Working outdoors in various weather conditions ✅ Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record At least 21 years of age Properly and safely operate a box truck Provide friendly, professional delivery service to our customers' homes and businesses Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors Ability to follow directions and work efficiently No CDL required ⭐ Bonus (Not Required, But a Plus) Experience driving box trucks or trailers Experience with tents, construction, or event setup Mechanical or hands-on skills Growth Opportunities Opportunity to become a Lead Driver / Crew Lead Increased pay with experience and performance Why Work With Us Not stuck in one place all day.
