Full Job Description Job Overview Local Route Delivery Driver Pay:

$25.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

348 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary by route) Join a Local Company with a Long History of Success Chris' Coffee is a family-owned coffee roaster and distributor that has proudly served the Northeast since 1975. We roast over one million pounds of coffee annually and provide coffee, beverages, water, equipment, and related supplies to businesses throughout the region. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Route Delivery Driver to join our team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, local routes, and the opportunity to build relationships with an established customer base while representing a respected local company. What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule Home every night No overnight travel Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Uniforms provided Free coffee every day Employee discounts on company products Family-oriented work environment Stable, long-term employment with a growing local company Position Responsibilities Deliver coffee, beverages, water, paper products, and related supplies to customer locations on an established route Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Verify order accuracy against invoices and delivery paperwork Pull and stage orders for upcoming deliveries as needed Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive customer relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery vehicle Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding deliveries and service needs Qualifications Previous delivery driving experience required Box truck and/or route delivery experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds, including water bottles and coffee products Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude Why Chris' Coffee?
