Start as a Delivery Associate operating a single-person cargo van delivering local packages. Advance into our White Glove Division driving 2-person box trucks. Position Overview We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Delivery Driver Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will represent Inzone Logistics while delivering packages safely, efficiently, and professionally on behalf of major e-commerce partners. This position involves operating a non-CDL cargo van, completing local delivery routes, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL cargo van Load and unload packages efficiently Deliver packages accurately and on time Navigate routes using GPS and delivery technology Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism Follow all company safety standards and procedures Work in various weather conditions Climb in and out of the vehicle frequently throughout the shift Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs Qualifications Valid Driver's License (Class D acceptable — CDL not required) Experience driving a medium roof box cargo van preferred Clean driving record with no accidents within the last 3 years Ability to pass a full background check Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screening (No THC) Must possess a valid Social Security Card Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Schedule Expectations 4-5 days per week Up to 10-hour shifts One weekend day required Why Join Inzone Logistics?
