They will be responsible for picking up orders for delivery to NYC Metro area dispensaries in a company vehicle, maintaining paperwork, troubleshooting issues with orders or vehicles, and providing excellent customer service to our dispensary customers. Key Responsibilities Pick up orders from the NYC Metro hub and distribute to dispensary locations in the NYC metro area Work with dispensary inventory personnel to reconcile orders Maintain compliant paperwork for deliveries; return executed manifests to main distribution hub following delivery Communicate customer needs to Fleet Manager Delivery driving & vehicle monitoring Load and unload goods to and from the delivery vehicle Practice safe driving at all times, along prescribed routes to make scheduled deliveries to dispensaries all over New York State Develop and support positive relationships with dispensary owners and personnel •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications NYS Driver's License Clean driving record going back 5 years (DUIs are an automatic disqualification for this position) Flexibility-must have the ability to work irregular hours Monday through Friday, on a regular, as needed basis Ability to frequently lift, carry, and place over 50 lbs repetitively, loading and unloading vehicles, in outdoor weather conditions Proven ability to confidently drive, park, and navigate in busy urban areas such as the New York City metropolitan area Must possess a keen eye for detail and ability to follow directions Maintains awareness of one's surroundings at all times Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge Must be trustworthy and reliable, responsible for company property and all product Must be a problem solver, in the event of unexpected circumstances while delivering Clean, professional appearance and a calm, customer service-oriented demeanor Excellent written and oral communication skills Must have reliable transportation to and from Farmer Group's NYC Metro hub HS diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older 1+ year of delivery experience desired Our Values We believe in innovation, sustainability, integrity, and making a positive impact.
