Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Plan efficient routes using route driving skills to maximize delivery speed and accuracy. Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. Manage heavy lifting and merchandising tasks to ensure products are handled safely and presented attractively at delivery sites. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records with strong organizational skills. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is highly preferred. Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management. Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote additional products or services. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members. Familiarity with route driving, merchandising, and heavy lifting tasks is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service roles that demonstrate patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
