Delivery Driver

Rosetta Bakery is all about the quality of the ingredients and the highest standard in terms of production. Rosetta Bakery is currently looking for a motivated Driver to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have prior over the counter serving experience to provide excellent and timely service to our customers.

Responsibility:

Completes an efficient delivery and pick up the route for the day. Responsible for loading delivery vehicles with parcels scheduled for delivery. Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary. Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested. Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made. Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor. Assists in general warehouse duties when the delivery route is completed. Is able to carry 50 pounds or more regularly Must be able to speak, read and write English Italian is a plus A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure with other staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner. Maintains a professional image at all times that fall within the uniform policy. This position's hours of work and days vary based on business needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
