Job Description
GreatLakes Equipment is seeking a motivated, dependable, and versatile team member to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including: Equipment repair and maintenance Equipment setup and assembly Delivery driving and transportation General facility and property maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, building upkeep, etc.) No two days are the same in this role. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and contributes positively as part of a team. Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to safely tow and transport equipment using a pickup truck and trailer (gooseneck, tilt-back, and enclosed trailers) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Forklift experience preferred Experience operating tractors, zero-turn mowers, and equipment attachments is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.
