This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and being on the road throughout the day. Our drivers play a critical role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally to residential and commercial customers. Compensation $20-$27 per hour, based on experience Guaranteed 8 hours of pay for full-time employees Weekly pay and additional performance bonuses Benefits 50% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Guaranteed hours for full-time employees No Sunday schedules (until peak season in November) Part-time opportunities available (minimum 2 shifts per week required) What the Job Really Looks Like This is not a desk job or a casual driving position.

Drivers can expect:

Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles including step vans, cutaways, and cargo vans Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently and accurately Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Use handheld scanners and routing technology Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records Work safely while meeting daily operational goals Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required Ability to lift, move, and carry packages up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically intensive environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to complete a drug screening Why Join Our Team?
