This role involves providing safe and efficient transportation services while maintaining cleanliness in public spaces. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, attention to safety, and a commitment to cleanliness and customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests or staff between designated locations within the property or surrounding areas. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation duties. Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces, ensuring they are tidy and inviting. Perform routine cleaning tasks like finishing laundry, stocking and upkeep in public areas. Conduct regular inspections of the shuttle vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly; report any issues promptly. Assist guests with boarding and alighting from the shuttle, providing excellent customer service and information as needed. Follow all safety protocols related to vehicle operation and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all. Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in driving shuttles or similar vehicles preferred. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor for guest interaction. Ability to perform light cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across public areas. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules. Physical ability to lift cleaning supplies and perform cleaning tasks as required. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike through safe transportation and pristine public spaces.
