Delivery Truck Driver (FedEx Ground)

Position Overview We are seeking highly qualified and experienced FedEx Ground delivery drivers to join our team. This opportunity is limited to drivers with recent FedEx Ground experience who are in good standing within the FedEx Ground network and meet all eligibility requirements. Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet all the following requirements: Minimum 3 years of delivery driving experience within the FedEx Ground network. Must have worked for a FedEx Ground contractor within the past 12 months . Must be in good standing within the FedEx Ground system and eligible to provide service. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet all FedEx Ground and DOT requirements. Must have a strong safety and attendance record. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for employment: Applicants cannot be currently employed by, contracted with, or actively providing services for another FedEx Ground contractor . Applicants must have been separated from their most recent FedEx Ground contractor for at least 30 days prior to hire. Applicants must be eligible for onboarding and service under all FedEx Ground requirements and policies. Applicants must certify that all information provided during the hiring process is accurate and complete.

Detailed work history showing FedEx Ground contractor experience. Contact information for the most recent FedEx Ground contractor they worked for. Authorization for employment and reference verification. Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card), if applicable. Pre-Employment Screening All qualified candidates will be required to successfully complete: Background check Drug screening DOT physical examination (if Medical Card is expired or not current) Motor vehicle record review Road test to evaluate driving competency and safety performance Employment and reference verification with the most recent FedEx Ground contractor Reference Verification As part of the hiring process, we will contact the applicant's most recent FedEx Ground contractor to verify: Dates of employment Position held Safety and performance history Eligibility for rehire Standing within the FedEx Ground network Overall suitability for service Preferred Qualities Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and conduct Strong route-management abilities Commitment to safety and compliance Ability to work independently and efficiently Application Certification By applying, candidates certify that: They are not currently employed by or providing services to another FedEx Ground contractor.
