Seasonal Delivery Driver / Route Logistics Associate Sunny Meadows Flower Farm Columbus, OH Job Details Seasonal | Full-time $20 - $21 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Route driving Sales Customer service Driver's License Loading Retail distribution Stocking Materials handling Outbound logistics Order fulfillment Full Job Description Seasonal Delivery Driver / Route Logistics Associate Sunny Meadows Flower Farm is seeking a dependable, energetic Delivery Driver to bring our fresh-cut flowers to florists, wedding designers, grocery stores, and subscribers throughout Ohio. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and being on the road. Most days include 4-6 hours of driving, loading and unloading flower buckets, and building relationships with customers who are excited to receive beautiful, locally grown flowers. When not making deliveries, you'll assist with general farm and barn tasks to help keep our operation running smoothly. Scheduled days are Tuesday- Friday, 8 AM start time. Flower season is April-October. Company delivery van provided (Ford Transit or Dodge Sprinter). This is an employee position—no personal vehicle is required for deliveries. NO CDL required. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently deliver fresh flowers to florists, wedding and event designers, grocery stores, and home/business subscribers. Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional service. Provide delivery updates, ETAs, and confirmations by text or phone when appropriate. Load and unload flower buckets and boxes with care to ensure flowers arrive in excellent condition. Work with grocery store staff and other customers to unload deliveries safely and efficiently. Maintain communication with the office throughout the day and adapt to occasional schedule changes or special stops, including farm supply stores, hardware stores, post office runs, airport cargo pickups, and visits to partner farms or greenhouses. Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and stocked. Maintain delivery records and route information throughout the day. Assist with general farm, barn, and facility tasks as needed to complete scheduled hours. The Ideal Candidate Enjoys independent work and takes pride in being reliable and organized. Is flexible and excited about a job that travels throughout Ohio and occasionally beyond. Has a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. Has at least 3 years of delivery, route driving, warehouse, landscaping, or related experience preferred. Is comfortable driving for extended periods and navigating multiple stops each day. Can repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely move 150-200 flower buckets during loading and unloading. Enjoys physical, active work and can stand, bend, and move throughout the day. Has sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Has knowledge of fresh-cut flowers and their care, or is excited to learn.
