Papa Johns Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring excellent customer service and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, route management, and handling heavy or bulky items. A valid driver's license, preferably with driver certification, is required. Duties Safely operate box trucks or similar commercial vehicles for delivery routes Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques Drive assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation Move and organize inventory within warehouses as needed Assist with warehouse tasks such as heavy lifting and product moving when required Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle Follow route schedules and adapt to changing delivery priorities Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Proven ability to drive manual transmission vehicles safely over long distances Experience with route driving and managing multiple deliveries efficiently Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor during interactions with clients Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical movement of goods regularly Valid driver's license required; commercial driving experience highly desirable Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and vehicle operation
