As a Propel Delivery Driver, you are the face of our company — the person who delivers smiles to customers' doorsteps every day. What You'll Earn $20.50 to $21.50 per hour starting pay Weekly pay with frequent overtime opportunities Paid training Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and Paid Time Off for full-time employees Performance bonuses and safety incentives Schedule & Location Full-time positions available (typically 4-5 days per week) Shifts up to 10 hours per day, home daily Routes in and around your local community (Findlay, OH or Beaver, WV) Your Typical Day Drive a company-provided van (no CDL required) Complete 300+ package deliveries per day in a fast-paced environment Get in and out of the van 250+ times daily and walk to customer doors Deliver smiles while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency This is a high-energy, physically active role.
