$119 per hour Potentially up to $23 after 1st month depending on how efficiently you can run routes. Weekly Pay - Every Friday AB Delivery, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor , is hiring reliable and safety-focused Delivery Drivers in the Miamisburg area. This is a physically active, fast-paced job delivering packages to homes and businesses using a company-provided delivery vehicle . Drivers who are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently tend to do well in this role. Delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required . Paid training is provided. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations Load and organize packages for efficient delivery routes Follow GPS navigation and FedEx safety procedures Complete delivery scans and maintain accurate records Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicle clean Communicate with dispatch if issues arise Routes typically involve 100-160 stops per day and require consistent pace and time management. Driver Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical No felony or misdemeanor convictions (FedEx standard) Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs with a dolly Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Applicants who cannot meet these requirements will not be considered.
