• Full-time We are looking for dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing final-mile delivery team servicing Mattress Firm customers.

Drivers will be responsible for safely delivering mattresses and adjustable bases to residential customers while providing professional customer service. Responsibilities Load and unload mattresses safely Deliver products to customers' homes on scheduled routes Assemble or set up adjustable bases and related products when needed Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Inspect products for damage before and after delivery Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy items (100+ lbs with team assistance) Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication and teamwork skills Delivery or moving experience preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused What We Offer Weekly pay Consistent routes and work opportunities Growth opportunities with daily rate Team-oriented work environment Job Type Full-time / Part-time Independent Contractor Schedule Day shifts Weekend availability preferred
