Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve driving a variety of vehicles, including tractors, trailers, vans, and other commercial vehicles. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this position.

Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations
• Load and unload products from the vehicle
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
• Verify the accuracy of delivery contents with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
• Communicate any delays or issues with the dispatcher and customers
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues

Skills:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including tractors, trailers, vans, etc.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading of goods
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations during deliveries
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
