As a vital link between our company and our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering goods efficiently, safely, and with a friendly attitude. Your role will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. If you're passionate about driving, moving loads, and creating positive customer experiences, this opportunity is for you! Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmissions to deliver products to various locations. Load and unload cargo using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are handled with care. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards; report any issues promptly. Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license suitable for commercial driving. Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo regularly. Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and safe driving practices is essential.
