Part-Time Parts & Hot Shot Delivery Driver The Part-Time Parts & Hot Shot Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers, service locations, and other dealerships in a safe, timely, and professional manner on a scheduled or as-needed basis. This role also supports the parts department with inventory handling, organization, and order preparation while ensuring accurate documentation and customer service excellence. Core Focus Safe and timely parts delivery support Accurate handling of parts and delivery documentation Flexible assistance with parts department operations Key Responsibilities Deliver parts to customers, service shops, and dealership locations on time and in good condition Load, unload, and secure parts safely in the delivery vehicle Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and inventory documentation Assist the parts department with stocking, organization, and order preparation as needed Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management regarding delivery schedules or issues Ensure assigned delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working conditions Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Delivery driving experience preferred; dealership or parts experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle packages safely Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Basic computer skills preferred for tracking deliveries and inventory Service Standards & Expectations Provide professional, courteous, and timely service to customers and internal teams Maintain accuracy in deliveries, documentation, and parts handling Demonstrate safe driving habits and adherence to company procedures Represent the company positively while on the road and at customer locations Success in This Role Looks Like On-time, accurate deliveries with minimal errors or returns Positive feedback from customers and service department teams Organized delivery documentation and reliable support of parts operations Flexibility and dependability in meeting business needs Work Environment Work performed in a dealership, warehouse, and on the road while making deliveries Exposure to noise, varying temperatures, weather conditions, and moving vehicles or equipment Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential job functions Physical & Other Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday Frequent driving and movement between dealership and customer locations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to work in varying weather conditions Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Part-time status: benefits eligibility may vary by company policy Opportunity to gain experience in parts department operations Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind.
